I reached out to Cody with Palmetto Pride Softwash for an estimate about cleaning one of my rental properties in Columbia and received an estimate before the end of the night. (Great start) Not only did he communicate with me about when he was on the way AND showed up on time, but did an AMAZING job too! After many frustrating attempts to get a reasonable quote for pressure washing (so many outrageous bids!), Cody was great to work with — professional, fairly priced, and reliable. He pressure washed our house and large deck, cleaned out the gutters, and even found a few leaks around windows and doors ;).
