Had them come soft clean my house since it had been over 2 years ago since I had it cleaned. They notified me when they were on their way and started working right away. These guys came out and pressure washed my awnings recently. I must say the awnings look truly clean for the first time in ages. Apparently, they had some mold that required special chemicals to clean, not just soap and water. Shrubs were covered and protected. Friendly service. After many frustrating attempts to get a reasonable quote for pressure washing (so many outrageous bids!), Cody was great to work with — professional, fairly priced, and reliable. He pressure washed our house and large deck, cleaned out the gutters, and even found a few leaks around windows and doors ;). I reached out to Cody with Palmetto Pride Softwash for an estimate about cleaning one of my rental properties in Columbia and received an estimate before the end of the night. (Great start) Not only did he communicate with me about when he was on the way AND showed up on time, but did an AMAZING job too! Although it was only a small vacant rental property, that didn’t seem to stop him from giving 110% when cleaning the vinyl siding, concrete, and roof too. My back porch carpet looks like it was cleaned by a carpet cleaner, really well. They cleaned my gutters that had a lot of debris left over from Helene.
